Under no circumstances will an establishment know who the author of a review is. The  date and  place of reviews are also confidential.  Evaluing is required to protect the anonymity of the establishments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">Is Evaluing a guest blacklist?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>No, it isn\u2019t. Evaluing is a database of reviews about guests. Reviews are both <span class=\"strong\">positive as negative<\/span>, and are supplied by the owners registered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">Why a global database of guests had not been created before?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>Because according to the popular belief, the law of Personal Data Protection does not allow to create a database collecting information about clients.  Such belief is not accurate. Databases of that kind might exist, as long as some complex legal requirements are observed.<\/p>\n<p>After a thorough analysis and exhaustive work in the legal field during approximately 5 years, Evaluing is in the position to claim that our procedure carefully <span class=\"strong\">observes the regulations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul id=\"condiciones\" class=\"cd-faq-group\">\n<li class=\"cd-faq-title\">\n<p class=\"ev_h2 span_negro\">Conditions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">What requirements do I have to fulfil to be able to use Evaluing?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>Only those accommodation establishments legally established can use Evaluing software. Individuals cannot access the service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">What requirements are needed to write a guest review?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>The establishment must add a <span class=\"strong\">paragraph of legal kind to their standard guest data sheet<\/span>. By signing this document at the check-in, the guest accepts to be included in Evaluing database. Only after this signature can the establishment rate the guest. Finally, the establishment must have <span class=\"strong\">Privacy Policy<\/span> that details the treatment that will be made of guest&#8217;s personal data.<\/p>\n<p>Evaluing will provide you with the legal text after the registration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">Who can write a review about a guest?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>Only the authorized representative of the establishment that has signed up in Evaluing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">What kind of misbehavior can be reported?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>There are two kind of assessments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"strong\">General score: &nbsp;<\/span>it is the level of satisfaction with the guest on a scale from 1 to 5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"strong\">Incidents:<\/span>&nbsp;particular incidents that occurred during the guest stay in your establishment, such as \u201cleft before the date initially agreed upon\u201d, \u201ccaused damages to property\u201d, \u201citems have been stolen\u201d, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">Can a establishment access the complete database?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>No, it is not possible.   Only single searches are allowed by Evaluing browser. <span class=\"strong\">It is not possible to obtain a full list of all registered guests<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul id=\"integracion\" class=\"cd-faq-group\">\n<li class=\"cd-faq-title\">\n<p class=\"ev_h2 span_negro\">Integration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">What are the advantages of integrating Evaluing in your PMS?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p><span class=\"strong\">My Guests tool:<\/span>&nbsp;You can access a complete guest manager software. You can check in advance the profile of the guest who has reserved a room in your establishment. You don\u2019t need to type their names in the manual browser on our website. The automatic guest manager checks the guest\u2019s personal data for you and adds them to the records of your forthcoming check-in list.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"strong\">Notifications:<\/span> You can receive in real-time the profile of the guest who has booked a room.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"strong\">One-click evaluation:<\/span> As the guest manager has automatically registered the guest\u2019s data, after the check-out the establishment just needs a click to rate the guest. If any particular incident is to be reported, a detailed form can be fulfilled.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">What are the requirements to integrate Evaluing?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>The establishment needs to work with a hotel management software, such as a channel manager or a PMS that manage your reservations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">How can I integrate Evaluing with my property management system?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>Go to the section \u201cA-Manager\u201d of your C-Panel. Select the hotel management system you work with and click on \u201cactivate\u201d. You will then receive an email with a link to your software website*. You will need to log in and accept the required permits so that Evaluing can be connected to your software. As soon as you complete the activation, every time you receive a reservation <span class=\"strong\">your guest data will be checked by the A-Manager <\/span>to keep you informed anytime.<\/p>\n<h5>*This process will not be available if your hotel management software is not connected to Evaluing. If so, you will have to contact us to have a manual activation.<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">How long does it take to complete the integration?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>If the hotel management software is already connected to our database, <span class=\"strong\">integration will be immediate<\/span>. Otherwise, at least working 7 days will be needed to activate a manual integration. The establishment will be informed of the progress of the integration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">How can I set up my notifications?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>On the top right part of the screen, by clicking on the name of the user a menu will be displayed. Select \u201cNotifications\u201d to access the available options. Notifications can be set up by sorting the <span class=\"strong\">type of guest <\/span>in an assessment range from 1 to 5. That is to say, if the establishment selects \u201cNormal or Lower\u201d, only notifications of guests rated between 1 to 3 will be received.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul id=\"legalidad\" class=\"cd-faq-group\">\n<li class=\"cd-faq-title\">\n<p class=\"ev_h2 span_negro\">Legal Compliance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"cd-faq-trigger\" href=\"#0\">Is Evaluing legal?<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"cd-faq-content\">\n<p>Yes, Evaluing procedures obey the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as the regulations developed.
